(Update April, 2021) After the government announcement, Rose Box Supplies would like to inform you that the online webshop will continue to run as normal. Nationwide UK orders will be available for delivery only for all products including preserved roses, hat boxes and florist supplies.
Due to the high demand for hat boxes, and low production during the pandemic, there is a chance that we may need to substitute some items on your order. During this time, our couriers will leave all parcels in a safe place unless requested otherwise upon purchase. The courier company will notify you via SMS or email with an estimated time of arrival. Should you wish to re-arrange the delivery, then you will be able to do so. During this time, we will not be issuing credits for late deliveries or substitution decisions.
